Entune App Suite Grayed Out

When i try to set it up and get to the apps page everything is greyed out. I downloaded and installed the update.

Got in the car today and went to enter an address in the navigation system (advanced 11.2). If aa is the same as carplay, entune app suite is disabled (grayed out) when you're using it just as it is with carplay, there's even a message on the head unit that warns about it.
